  1. Vendor Responsibilities: Vendors must provide the services as per the agreed scope and timeline, adhering to industry standards and best practices. Compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards is mandatory. Data privacy and security are of paramount importance. Vendors must ensure that all client data is handled with utmost confidentiality and protected from unauthorized access.
  2. Client Communication: Vendors are strictly prohibited from engaging in direct or indirect communication with clients. All interactions must go through the platform.
  3. Billing and Documentation: Accurate and timely billing is expected. Invoices should be submitted through the platform, accompanied by valid supporting documentation. Any discrepancies in billing or disputes must be reported promptly.
  4. Vendor Relationship: Vendors shall maintain a professional and respectful relationship with the platform and clients. No vendor is authorized to engage in any direct or indirect business relationship with the clients outside the platform.
  5. Termination of Services: The platform reserves the right to terminate the vendor's services if there are violations of the T&C or if the vendor is found to be engaged in any misconduct or unethical practices.
  6. Compliance with T&C: Vendors are expected to follow all stipulated terms and conditions as agreed upon during their engagement with the platform.
